Scale & Infrastructure

A Facility Builtfor the Long Term

Our facility is LEED Platinum certified (87 points), reflecting infrastructure built to international standards. Supported by on-site solar power, efficient water treatment, and modern production systems, the facility is designed for reliable, efficient, and responsible manufacturing.

01

60 m³/hour Effluent Treatment Plant capacity, supporting continuous wash and finishing operations at volume

02

A Miyawaki forest on-site with 1,502 trees across 26+ native species, contributing to biodiversity and on-site carbon reduction

03

Engineered for high-volume orders across varied product categories without compromising consistency

Product Development & Manufacturing

Faster Development,In-House Control

Development runs digital-first: virtual sampling, fit iteration, and construction review happen before physical cutting, optimizing both cost and lead time. Manufacturing is held in-house from cutting through finishing, so what's approved in development is exactly what reaches the buyer.

Virtual sampling before a single panel is cut

Development

  • CLO 3D digital sampling — virtual fit and construction review before physical samples, reducing sample rounds and shortening time-to-approval
  • Technical development refined collaboratively with brands from concept through pre-production

Manufacturing & Finishing

  • Denim development across fits, washes, finishes, and construction techniques
  • Non-denim manufacturing across a broad range of categories and fabric types
  • Eco Laundry Operations: laser finishing, ozone-based processing, and low-liquor ratio washing
  • Automated cutting and production systems for consistency at volume
Research & Development

Advancing HowApparel Is Made

Innovation at MG Apparel is embedded throughout product development and manufacturing. With vertically integrated operations spanning farming, ginning, spinning, weaving, and garment production, teams can develop, test, and refine new fabrics, finishes, and construction techniques with visibility across the entire supply chain, from fiber to finished garment, in partnership with parent company Mahmood Group.

Fiber & Dye Innovation

Development of natural color cotton denim to reduce reliance on synthetic dyes, alongside eco-conscious fiber blends (Tencel, wool, hemp) featured in recent seasonal collections.

Wash Chemistry

Collaboration with DyStar Turkey and Rudolf to rework wash recipes and reduce dependence on pumice stone in denim finishing.

Construction & Weave Development

Experimentation with dyed wefts, textured weaves, and selvedge construction alongside standard techniques, tested across seasonal collections before moving to full production.

Digital Product Tools

A Digital Product Library showcasing 3D denim and non-denim garments with full fabrication specs, plus AR try-on tools used to review products digitally before physical samples are made.

Decarbonization Roadmap

Signed commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative and the Net Zero Coalition, targeting carbon-free operations by 2050.

Quality & Traceability

ConsistencyYou Can Verify

Quality is managed through process controls, continuous monitoring, and standardized systems applied at every stage of development and production, rather than caught through inspection after the fact. Material traceability is built into sourcing from the outset, giving brands the transparency needed to meet growing expectations around responsible sourcing.

Quality Certifications

  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 45001
  • OEKO-TEX STeP
  • OEKO-TEX MADE IN GREEN

Traceability

  • Direct engagement with cotton farmers through field programmes (Better Cotton, Organic, Regenagri)
  • Digital traceability platforms (TextileGenesis) linking farm-level data to finished product
  • Materials certified under GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, and Regenagri
